You will oversee training, events, leasing activities, and budget adherence while maintaining quality service and compliant operations. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a dedication to outstanding resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily property management is preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing onsite team.
• Understanding of budgets, financial statements, invoicing, and controls.
• Proficient with MS Office and property management software (Yardi, On-Site).
• Excellent English communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing on-site office team.
• Foster a community culture focused on resident satisfaction and service.
• Provide ongoing training and performance evaluations for staff.
• Support resident events, activities, and leasing initiatives.
• Achieve occupancy and revenue goals through effective operations.
• Oversee daily property operations and vendor/expense management.
• Ensure units are market-ready; conduct regular inspections.
• Monitor local market conditions and propose improvement plans.
• Perform thorough tenant screening, applications, and credit checks.
• Maintain liability insurance records and accurate invoicing.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Manager on budgets and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Fair Housing laws.
