Qualifications

• Must be a team player with a “we over me” approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken, reading, writing).
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Director with daily operations and admin tasks.
• Process rent deposits, fees, and payments; maintain leasing records.
• Support leasing and renewal processes and greet prospective residents.
