Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining operation and partner with the Food Service Director to ensure exceptional service and compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop culinary and dining team members.
• Ensure meals are prepared and served safely with high quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and company food safety regulations.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Monitor food, labor, and inventory costs while supporting financial goals.
• Collaborate with community leadership to improve resident dining experiences.
• Maintain sanitation, survey readiness, and quality assurance.
