Archway Management is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) for a premier senior living community near Rolling Meadows, IL. You will lead the dietary team, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality meals and service for residents.

Responsibilities include menu development, inventory management, compliance with regulations, and collaboration with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents.

Responsabilités

• Plan, prepare, and serve delicious and nutritious meals to residents, including special diets and preferences
• Supervise and direct a team of dietary staff, providing guidance and training as needed
• Maintain accurate records of food inventory, supplies, and dietary services
• Develop and implement menus, including special occasion and holiday meals
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with our culinary team to provide exceptional food and service to our residents
