As CDM you will supervise cooks, servers and dietary aides, oversee inventory and records, develop menus, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while collaborating with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and serve delicious and nutritious meals to residents, including special diets and preferences
• Supervise and direct a team of dietary staff, providing guidance and training as needed
• Maintain accurate records of food inventory, supplies, and dietary services
• Develop and implement menus, including special occasion and holiday meals
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with our culinary team to provide exceptional food and service to our residents
