Aramark SeniorLife+ in Florida is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead resident dining operations in a healthcare setting. You will coach culinary and dining teams and ensure meals meet high quality and safety standards.

You will partner with the Food Service Director to drive operational excellence, manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance, and monitor food costs to support financial goals.

Qualifications

• CDM credential required.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in food service, healthcare, senior living, long-term care, rehabilitation, or hospitality.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

As the Certified Dietary Manager, you'll oversee the daily dining operation while partnering closely with the Food Service Director to ensure exceptional service, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Required

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in food service, healthcare, senior living, long-term care, rehabilitation, or hospitality
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare dining
• Experience with budgeting, inventory, labor management, and cost controls
• Experience preparing for state surveys and maintaining regulatory compliance
