Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents in our Oregon communities. You will assist with activities of daily living, ensure comfort, safety, and well-being, and work in a team to support a nurturing environment.

Qualifications include at least 12 months in caregiving, high school diploma, and caregiver certifications (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) with First Aid/CPR.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) following safety and licensing guidelines.
• Provide compassionate care, encourage independence, and support resident dignity.
• Support life enrichment activities and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and room upkeep.
• Promote open communication among residents, families, and healthcare staff.
