Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living and ensuring comfort, safety and dignity in a team setting.

You will participate in life enrichment activities, support families and healthcare professionals, and contribute to a respectful and nurturing environment. A high school diploma and state-certified caregiver training or willingness to obtain are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements, or the willingness/ability to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) following safety protocols.
• Provide compassionate care, support independence, and maintain dignity.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and room upkeep.
• Promote open communication among residents, families, and health care professionals.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Caregiver state certification or willingness to obtain (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA)

First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
