Qualifications

• 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting.
• Memory care experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring).
• Provide compassionate care to promote independence and dignity.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintain open communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Support safety and compliance with community protocols and regulations.
