Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents in a supportive team environment. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote safety and dignity, and participate in life enrichment activities.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, state-certified caregiver training, and current First Aid/CPR or willingness to obtain. Weekend rotation is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements, such as CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA, or the willingness/ability to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) per safety standards.
• Provide compassionate care, engagement, and companionship to promote independence and dignity.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks (making beds, tidying rooms).
• Promote open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
