Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking compassionate Care Partners to provide direct care to residents, assist with activities of daily living, and promote safety and comfort in a supportive team environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, state-approved caregiver certification (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or willingness to obtain, current First Aid/CPR, and at least 12 months of professional caregiving experience; weekend rotation expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers) following safety guidelines.
• Provide compassionate care, companionship, and emotional support to promote independence.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping and room tidying as needed.
• Maintain open communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
