Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, individualized direct care to residents in our community. You will assist with daily living activities, ensure safety and comfort, and protect residents’ privacy while promoting independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Caregiver training is a plus.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote independence and dignity.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities and programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and maintaining clean resident rooms.
• Foster open communication among residents, families, and healthcare staff.
