CARE PARTNERS is seeking compassionate team members to assist elders with daily living activities, monitor health, provide companionship, and support mealtimes and activities in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to learn and work within a team environment.
• Strong verbal communication in English with residents and coworkers.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and provide licensing documentation if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Monitor health and document changes to Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meals and provide feeding support if needed.
• Support social and recreational activities for residents.
• Communicate with residents, families, and team members.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain cleanliness.
