Job summary

Hcshiring is seeking a Resident Care Partner to provide compassionate direct care and support to residents in a warm, family-like environment.

You will assist with daily living activities, maintain clean living spaces, and participate in activities to foster social interaction among residents. A high school diploma is preferred, with CNA and First Aid certifications depending on state requirements, plus ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• First Aid Certification may be required by state regulations.
• CNA certification and state licensure may be required depending on state rules.
• Willingness to pursue continuing education and maintain required licenses.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with residents and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assistance to residents, ensuring comfort, safety, and happiness.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal grooming as needed.
• Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain clean and safe living spaces.
• Plan and participate in leisure activities to promote socialization and friendship among residents.
