Job summary

Commonwealth Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Associate to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will assist with daily tasks, document care, and contribute to a compassionate, safe, homelike environment. CNA/HHA certification and CPR/First Aid compliance are required or obtainable per policy.

Weekend availability is needed, with shifts evening to night. Pay is $21–$23 per hour with full-time benefits including health insurance, life insurance, disability coverage,

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA required.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain per policy.
• Upholds resident confidentiality.
• Flexible availability including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist residents with daily tasks and monitor conditions.
• Aid residents with mobility using proper techniques and equipment.
• Perform routine care rounds per individualized care plans.
• Assist with lifts, moves, and transportation using proper body mechanics.
• Document daily care activities per policy and standards.
• Report resident issues to supervisor promptly.
• Respond courteously to inquiries from residents, families, and staff.
