Job summary

Commonwealth Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Associate to support residents in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care. Position offers hourly pay between $16 and $19 with full-time hours and site-based shifts.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, documenting care, and upholding residents' dignity and quality of life. Requires Direct-Care/PCA or CNA certification, CPR/First Aid, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Direct-Care/PCA or CNA certification required.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Flexibility including weekends to ensure resident care.
• Ability to meet physical and emotional needs of residents.
• Upholds resident confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist residents with daily tasks and care plans.
• Aid residents with mobility and safe transfers.
• Conduct routine care rounds per individualized plans.
• Document daily care activities per policy and regulatory standards.
• Respond to inquiries from residents, families, and staff.
