Job summary

Commonwealth Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Associate to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. The role includes aiding with daily activities, implementing care plans, documenting services, and upholding dignity and quality of life in a compassionate team environment.

The position offers a full-time schedule with a pay range of $21–$23 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, disability options, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain per policy.
• Ability to assist with daily living tasks and mobility.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and safety at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily tasks and mobility per care plans.
• Perform routine rounds to address resident needs.
• Document care activities and report concerns to supervisor.
• Maintain safety and infection control practices.
