Commonwealth Senior Living seeks a Resident Care Associate to support seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will assist with daily activities, document care, and help residents maintain dignity and quality of life.

Qualifikationen

• Direct-Care, PCA, or CNA certification required.

Aufgaben

• Directly assist residents with daily tasks, communicating with the Resident Care Director about care plans and changes.
• Assist with mobility and use proper techniques to prevent accidents.
• Make routine rounds to meet resident needs per individualized care plans.
• Assist with lifts/moves/transport using proper body mechanics.
• Document daily care activities per policy and regulatory standards.
