Commonwealth Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Associate to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will assist with daily activities, follow individualized care plans, and document services while upholding residents' dignity and quality of life.

The role emphasizes patience, empathy, and teamwork, serving as a Culture Ambassador who models company values and supports a homelike environment. CNA/HHA certification and CPR/First Aid are required or pursued per policy.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification is required.
• Ability to assist residents physically and emotionally.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid if not currently certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily tasks per individualized care plans.
• Aid residents with mobility and safe transfers.
• Make routine rounds to address resident needs per care plans.
• Document daily care activities according to policy.
• Report issues promptly to the supervisor.
