Job summary

Commonwealth Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Associate to support seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care. The role involves helping residents with daily activities, documenting care, and maintaining a respectful, homelike environment.

Shifts include 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am, with a pay range of $21-$23 per hour and full-time benefits. Qualifications include CNA or HHA, CPR/First Aid, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to fulfill both physical and emotional needs of residents.
• Upholds resident confidentiality.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist residents with daily tasks per care plans.
• Aid residents with mobility using proper techniques and equipment.
• Conduct routine care rounds to meet individualized plans.
• Assist with lifts, moves, transport using proper body mechanics.
• Document daily care activities per policy and standards.
• Report issues promptly to supervisor.
• Respond courteously to inquiries from residents and staff.
• Familiarize with individualized care plans and provide support.
• Contribute insights to the care planning process.
