Cogir Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to oversee all community operations and ensure the highest standard of care and services. The role includes managing budgets, staffing, and regulatory compliance, while building strong relationships with staff, residents, and families in a resident-focused environment.

You will lead efforts to maintain financial stability, support growth initiatives, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations within our expanding senior

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services preferred.
• Licensed Administrator in good standing per state requirements.
• 5+ years in a progressive leadership role in senior living required.
