Integritus Healthcare is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for prospective residents and families, guiding them through applications and tours. You will coordinate admission from referral to arrival with clinical liaisons and facility leadership, ensuring timely collection of required information.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in long-term care, and knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of experience in long-term care.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA, and related regulations.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary contact for prospective residents and families, answering questions, conducting tours, and gathering information needed to complete applications.
• Coordinate the admission process from referral through arrival with clinical liaisons, facility leadership, and referring providers.
• Collect and review clinical and financial referral information, coordinating approval within 15–30 minutes.
