Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Admissions and Marketing Coordinator to manage the overall admission and marketing process for skilled nursing/rehabilitation centers and related care levels. You will maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and referral sources while coordinating tours and events.

The role requires outreach, eligibility screening, admissions paperwork, and collaboration with Sales/Marketing Directors to meet occupancy goals, including weekend rotation

Formación

• Associated or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Humanities, Psychology, Health Care, Social Studies preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in health care industry, preferably skilled nursing and rehab.
• Experience conducting outreach events to referral sources.
• Strong computer skills with Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outreach to skilled nursing and rehab markets.
• Screen admissions for eligibility.
• Process admission paperwork with resident/family.
• Schedule and conduct tours for prospective residents and sources.
• Respond to walk-ins, phone-ins, mail-ins in a timely manner.
• Maintain daily admissions activity reports and occupancy targets.
• Coordinate admissions/transfers across care levels.
