Complete Care is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to lead the admissions process and drive census growth in a fast-paced setting. This role emphasizes building strong relationships with referral sources and coordinating with hospital partners to ensure a smooth resident intake.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year in healthcare admissions, be proficient with EMR systems, and demonstrate strong communication, professionalism, and a passion for senior care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare facility admissions role.
• Knowledge of insurance coverage and authorization for long-term care.
• Passion for service to seniors and families.
• Strong admissions knowledge including screening, documentation, and verification.
• High energy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient with EMR systems.
• Excellent communication and professionalism with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full admissions process in a high-volume setting.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers and referral sources.
• Represent the facility at events, tours and outreach activities.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth transitions for new residents.
• Prepare and analyze weekly admissions and referrals reports.
