Cogir Senior Living in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a friendly, organized Resident Lifestyle Assistant to support the Resident Lifestyle Director in planning daily enrichment activities for our senior residents.

You will engage residents, lead group and individual programs, assist with events, and help coordinate newsletters and outings while ensuring safety and dignity for every resident.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6-12 months of experience working with seniors and leading life enrichment activities preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and follow scheduled plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Engage residents one-on-one and in group settings.
• Lead or assist with social, educational, and recreational activities.
• Facilitate games, exercises, art/music, and outings.
• Support monthly newsletter coordination.
• Encourage resident participation and document outcomes.
