Cogir Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Lifestyle Assistant to support the Resident Lifestyle Director in designing and coordinating daily life enrichment activities for active residents. You will lead group and individual activities, coordinate outings, and help create a welcoming, engaging environment that supports physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities include leading games and classes, assisting with newsletters, and ensuring safety during outings,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of relevant experience working with seniors preferred.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and follow scheduled plans.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Engage residents one-on-one and in group settings.
• Lead or assist with group and one-on-one activities, exercise, and outings.
• Facilitate games, conversations, and special events.
• Support the coordination of the monthly newsletter.
• Encourage resident participation and document outcomes.
