Cogir Senior Living is hiring a Resident Lifestyle Assistant (Activity Assistant) to support the Resident Lifestyle Director in designing and coordinating daily life enrichment activities for active residents. This role aims to promote physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities include engaging residents, leading various activities, aiding with newsletters, documenting outcomes, and assisting in events. Flexible weekends/holidays required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of experience with seniors preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to work independently and follow planned schedules.
• Friendly, professional, and organized with excellent communication.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in groups.
• Lead social, religious, educational, indoor, and outdoor activities.
• Coordinate games, art, music, trips, and special events.
• Assist with the monthly newsletter.
• Document outcomes and progress notes.
• Support the Resident Lifestyle Director as needed.
