Cogir Senior Living seeks a Resident Lifestyle Assistant to support the Resident Lifestyle Director in creating and coordinating daily life enrichment activities for active residents. The role focuses on physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being, with a Sunday and Monday part-time schedule.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 months of experience with seniors, strong communication, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6–12 months of experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to lead and assist with group and individual activities.
• Strong communication and respectful, dignified interaction with residents.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in groups to facilitate activities.
• Lead games, exercise classes, art/music, outings, and events.
• Coordinate monthly newsletter and document participation outcomes.
• Support activity planning and decorate for events and holidays.
• Assist with external trips, reservations, and resident safety.
