Cedarhurst Living is looking for a Life Enrichment Coordinator to enhance residents’ quality of life through meaningful activities, programs, and social experiences. The role partners with residents, families, and staff to tailor programs to interests and life stories, fostering health, purpose, and joy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• License to drive community bus or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling and leading community activities, programs, holidays and events.
• Introduce new residents and families to life enrichment programs.
• Coordinate holiday decorations for the community.
• Contribute to resident assessments by assisting with Life Stories.
• Attend monthly virtual education meetings for staff development.
• Drive the community bus for outings and appointments as needed.
• Ensure effective communication with residents’ families about care and wellbeing.
