Reporting to the Executive Director, you will collaborate with families and staff to reflect residents' interests and life stories in a robust enrichment program, including events, celebrations, and daily activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bus driving license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and digital health records.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and lead community activities and events.
• Introduce new residents to life enrichment programs.
• Coordinate holiday decorations for the community.
• Assist in Life Stories assessments and activities tracking.
• Attend monthly virtual education meetings.
• Drive community bus for outings and appointments as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with residents' families about care and engagement.
• Collaborate with management and staff; resolve conflicts as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
