Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Life Enrichment Activities Assistant to support the Life Enrichment Director in creating engaging programs for Independent Living and Assisted Living residents in Dover, Delaware. You will help plan monthly activities aligned with Harmony wellness dimensions and lead multiple programs daily.

You will survey residents, coordinate with the team, recruit volunteers, and ensure smooth operation and high satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Experience planning programs and activities for seniors.

Aufgaben

• Assist Life Enrichment Director in designing and implementing activities for IL and AL neighborhoods.
• Lead 6-7 high quality programs per day across wellness domains.
• Survey residents to tailor programs to interests and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with program team to plan calendars, events, and outings.
• Promote participation and maintain records and posters.
• Recruit and oversee a volunteer program; assist transportation and off-site outings.
