Zusammenfassung

Provision Living Associates, LLC seeks an Activities Manager to oversee a vibrant program for residents, coordinating physical, emotional, educational, spiritual, and leisure activities while assisting new residents with orientation during move-in.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will build monthly calendars, supervise staff and volunteers, manage the department budget, and ensure a safe, engaging environment that enhances residents’ quality of life.

Qualifikationen

• Required – Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent and at least 4 years related experience or training.
• Preferred – Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) and at least 2 years related experience.
• CTRS certification is a plus; valid driver’s license required.

Aufgaben

• Plan, direct and implement a monthly activities program for residents.
• Initiate and direct daily activity programming, including evenings and weekends.
• Coordinate programs with qualified staff or volunteers as needed.
• Develop and publish a monthly calendar and/or newsletter.
• Arrange transportation for residents to activity programs.
• Manage the Activity department budget and align with community goals.
• Assess residents’ activity needs at admission and integrate into care plans.
• Recruit, hire and train volunteers.
• Supervise residents during activities and ensure safety.
• Maintain inventory of activity equipment and supplies.
