Arvum Senior Living is seeking an Activities & Events Coordinator to develop and oversee resident activities across our communities. You will plan and conduct programs that enhance physical, cognitive, social, and emotional well-being, supporting memory care residents with compassionate leadership.

The role requires coordinating events, calendars, and volunteer involvement while maintaining flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred in social work, recreation, sociology, psychology or related field.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care settings is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the development and oversight of resident activities.
• Plan, schedule and conduct programs across physical, intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual dimensions.
• Attend community functions and coordinate events from start to finish, including setup and teardown.
• Assist in preparing and organizing a calendar of events.
• Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and every other weekend.
