Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Resident Lifestyle Assistant (Activity Assistant) to support the Resident Lifestyle Director in planning and delivering daily enrichment activities for active residents. You will help promote physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being through engaging programs and events.

The role involves leading groups and one-on-one activities, coordinating outings, decorating for events, and assisting with the monthly newsletter.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6–12 months of relevant experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage residents.

Responsabilidades

• Engage residents one-on-one and in groups.
• Lead or assist with social, religious, educational, indoor and outdoor activities.
• Facilitate games, conversations, exercise, arts, music, trips and events.
• Support monthly newsletter coordination and participation tracking.
• Document resident outcomes and progress notes.
