Manor Lake Management is seeking an individual to assist the Lifestyle Director in planning and coordinating diverse programs that reflect residents' interests, values, and beliefs, providing life-enriching opportunities for residents and the community.

The role involves creating an engaging activities calendar, coordinating events, volunteering initiatives, and assisting with marketing and leasing efforts while maintaining professional interactions with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate patience, tact, enthusiasm, and positive attitude towards the elderly.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the Development and promotion of an Activities Program.
• Assist in the Preparation of monthly community newsletter.
• Preparation of monthly community activity calendar.
• Assist in obtaining a historical and interest profile for each resident.
• Assist in actively developing and implementing a volunteer program for resident activities.
• Coordinate with caterers, entertainers, decorators and others for scheduled events.
• Chaperone activities outside the community.
• Drive the Company van for residents’ activities.
• Participate in leasing & marketing process for potential residents.
