Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment, through its Diversified Production Services, is seeking a Production Manager to drive on-stage and backstage event planning across multiple shows in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with clients, venues, talent, and crews, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires 3+ years in production management, proficiency with Vectorworks or AutoCAD, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Detailed project management / planning experience.
• Production management experience (3+ years).
• Vectorworks knowledge and ability to use / AutoCAD experience acceptable.
• Computer literate in Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all on-stage, backstage, and other technical and site planning details of events.
• Develop and maintain documents including production and site drawings, on-sale layouts, timelines, schedules and artist riders.
• Advance and obtain technical information, including venue details and rider requirements.
• Ensure all production elements are executed on time, on budget, to high quality standards.
• Maintain regular communications with all stakeholders.
• Assist in managing technical production and site operations.
• Assist with budget management and tracking of assigned responsibilities.
• Oversee multiple projects from start to finish, including on-site presence at load-in.
