Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to support venue operations and the production team. You will manage daily show planning, budgeting, and cross‑department coordination to ensure safe, cost‑effective, and on‑time events.

Key responsibilities include preparing show flash reports, maintaining manuals, and training production staff while collaborating with the Production Manager and GM. A strong background in lighting, audio, and video systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Calm, professional, and customer-service oriented.
• Prior production experience in an entertainment venue.
• Tour and stage production experience.
• Understanding of stage lighting, pro audio and video systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and make concise decisions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure positive environment for Production department and Venue.
• Create and distribute daily show flash (P&L) for each event.
• Maintain manuals and training materials for production roles.
• Train and support production staff as needed.
• Manage budget and track department financials.
• Maintain inventory and maintenance log.
• Coordinate show schedules and labor costs within budget.
• Oversee stage, sound, and lighting crews; advance technical details for shows.
