Job summary

Travelers is seeking a claims professional to investigate, evaluate and resolve Specialty Liability Bodily Injury and Property Damage claims. You will handle the claim lifecycle from contact through resolution, ensuring compliance with standards and state regulations.

The role requires advanced knowledge of coverage, contract interpretation, and litigations processes, with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. On-site role supporting field operations and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Advanced knowledge in coverage, contract interpretation, liability and damages analysis; understands litigation process and management.
• Extensive claim and/or legal experience and technical expertise to evaluate severe and complex claims.
• Able to make independent decisions on most assigned cases without supervisor.
• Understanding of business line products, policy language, exclusions, ISO forms, and effective claims handling.

• Does not involve staff management.
