Qualifications

• Two years bodily injury liability claim handling experience or comparable litigation claim experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of insurance contracts, liability and damages analysis, and litigation management skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly handles assigned severe claims.
• Provides quality customer service and ensures file quality and timely coverage analysis.
• Consults with Manager on use of Claim Coverage Counsel as needed.
• Investigates each claim with stakeholders to determine liability and damages.
• Maintains claim files and documents activities per procedures.
• Establishes indemnity and expense reserves and participates in roundtables for tech expertise.
