Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Extensive claim handling experience with focus on serious injury and complex liability.
• Advanced understanding of coverage, liability, and damages analysis.
• Strong negotiation and customer-service abilities.
• Proven litigation management and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly handle assigned severe claims and determine FDV.
• Provide quality customer service and ensure timely coverage analysis.
• Lead investigations with policyholders, witnesses, and experts as needed.
• Manage subrogation, risk control, and other resources as required.
• Develop and implement strategic resolution plans for claims.
