You will work with cross-functional teams including legal, enforcement program owners, and regulators to ensure fair, well-documented outcomes.

The role involves detailing risk and liability considerations, coordinating with outside counsel, and maintaining rigorous SLAs across jurisdictions

Qualifications

• 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end investigations into contested delivery partner enforcement actions to ensure adherence to policies.
• Develop disposition recommendations for active litigation and arbitration matters.
• Serve as a subject matter witness in arbitration hearings and regulatory inquiries.
