Amazon Flex's Service Level Standards (SLS) team is seeking a Litigation Risk Manager to join our Critical Operations function in Bellevue, WA. You will lead investigations into contested delivery-partner enforcement actions, develop disposition recommendations for litigation, and serve as a subject-matter witness when required.

You will partner with internal legal teams and outside counsel, manage a complex caseload, ensure factual accuracy, and help protect Amazon's last-mile operations

Qualificações

• 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience or equivalent.
• Master's degree or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct end-to-end investigations into contested delivery partner enforcement actions.
• Develop disposition recommendations for active litigation and arbitration matters.
• Serve as a subject matter witness in arbitration hearings, tribunals and regulatory inquiries.
• Partner with internal legal teams and outside counsel to align on case strategy and timelines.
• Monitor and manage caseload with competing priorities and strict SLAs.
