Amazon is seeking a Sr. Risk Manager, Intake Litigation SME within the Amazon Flex unit to lead investigations into delivery-partner enforcement actions and to guide disposition decisions in litigation and arbitration.

The role requires coordinating with legal, enforcement program owners, and outside counsel to protect last‑mile operations. The ideal candidate has extensive risk management experience, strong investigative skills, and the ability to serve as a subject matter witness in legal

Qualifications

6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

Conduct end-to-end deep-dive investigations into contested delivery partner enforcement actions, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
Develop and deliver disposition recommendations for active litigation and arbitration matters.
Serve as a subject matter witness in arbitration hearings, tribunals, and regulatory inquiries with clear enunciation of enforcement rationale.
Collaborate with internal legal teams and outside counsel to align on case strategy, timelines and outcomes.
Monitor caseload with competing priorities, deadlines, and SLAs; identify trends and systemic risks across jurisdictions.
Provide feedback to enforcement owners to address root causes of disputes and improve processes.
