• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations.
• Establish scalable evaluation processes, reporting systems, quality metrics and mitigation processes.
• Analyze defect data to identify patterns, root causes and mitigate repeat defects.
• Define program mission, drive objectives and measure improvements with metrics.
• Partner with customers and stakeholders to set priorities, allocate resources and mitigate risks.
• Oversee cross-team gaps and drive scalable solutions across geographies.
