Job summary

Gibson Dunn, based in Los Angeles, seeks a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across all litigation phases. The role emphasizes case management, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation for the Firm’s top client.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent paralegal experience.
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant AmLaw 100 law firm paralegal experience.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Google Workspace.
Experience with eDiscovery databases and AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage litigation case files through all phases, including discovery and trial.
Assist attorneys with complex matters and meet deadlines.
Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and interface with clients on AI projects.
Maintain updated client document management systems.
Prepare reports and summaries of case activities as needed.
Organize documents for retrieval and ensure compliance with rules.
Support all phases from case initiation to trial; assist with calendaring.
Draft court filings and assist with local, state, and federal procedures.
