Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience preferably in AmLaw 100 firms and will work collaboratively within a dynamic legal environment.

Offering a compensation range of $90k-$120k, along with health benefits and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience at an AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
• Proficient in California state and U.S. federal court procedures.
• Understanding of common litigation practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation from case initiation through trial.
• Prepare appellate records and appendices.
• Manage discovery, document collection, organization, and productions.
• Engage in proofreading, cite checking, and Bluebooking court documents.
• Assist with trial and arbitration preparations.
