Job summary

Gibson Dunn, based in Houston, seeks a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across all phases of litigation. You will manage files, handle discovery, drafting, and cite checking, while coordinating with clients and external vendors to ensure efficient case progression.

The role requires 8–10 years of AmLaw 100 experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and research databases. Travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and paralegal experience.
• 8–10 years of relevant AmLaw 100 firm experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook; strong familiarity with legal research databases.
• Experience with eDiscovery databases and AI tooling preferred.
• Ability to manage complex litigation caseload from inception to trial.

Responsibilities

• Perform all elements of litigation case management, including discovery and trial activities.
• Assist attorneys with complex matters, meeting deadlines and milestones.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows and interface with client representatives for AI projects.
• Maintain updated client document management systems and detailed case reports.
• Draft court filings and manage deposition, travel, and logistics.
