Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent paralegal experience.
• 8–10 years of relevant AmLaw 100 experience.
• Strong clerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform all elements of litigation case management and discovery.
• Assist attorneys with complex matters and meet deadlines.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and interface with clients.
• Draft court filings and manage deposition and trial preparation.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage document organization and production.
