The role emphasizes case management, discovery, deposition support, and trial preparation, with responsibility to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of AmLaw 100 experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Lexis/Nexis, Westlaw, and eDiscovery tools; familiarity with AI workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent paralegal experience.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in a top law firm.
• Experience with internal and government investigations is a plus.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Google Workspace and related tools.
• Experience with AI tools and workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform litigation case management, including file management, discovery, and trial activities.
• Assist attorneys with complex matters, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows and interface with client representatives.
• Update client document management systems and generate detailed activity reports.
• Draft court filings and manage discovery, document collection, review, and production.
