Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP seeks a Litigation Paralegal Supervisor in California to lead a 19+ paralegal team across multiple offices. The role includes supervising workloads, coordinating assignments, and ensuring timely, accurate support to attorneys and partners.

You will champion AI-enabled workflows, train staff on prompt engineering, and collaborate with the AI Institute to implement improvements while maintaining confidentiality and client service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 7+ years as a Litigation Paralegal at a major law firm.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• AI-enabled, with working knowledge of prompt engineering and AI tools used in legal workflows.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a department of 19+ litigation paralegals across California offices.
• Liaise between attorneys/partners and paralegals to ensure project completion.
• Coordinate workflow to evenly distribute case and project assignments.
• Guide paralegals in workloads and monitor quality of work.
